BKTS is a woman owned and operated manufacturer of standard and custom poly and poly/stainless baskets in common sizes from 6 x 6 to 18 x 18.
These spin dryer baskets are available in 1/8 or 3/16 inch thick material with perforations in 3/32″ and 1/8″ (1/8″ thick) or 3/16″ (3/16″ thick material on 12 x 12 inch and above).
Our 12 x 12-inch spin dryer basket with our patented “0” bottom will fit all known USA spin dryers including Desco, Nobles, and New Holland dryers.
BKTS plastic dipping baskets are fabricated from FDA-approved homopoly polypropylene material in our shop in Meadville Pennsylvania. Our experienced team members utilize both extrusion and handheld speed tip welders. Polypro dipping baskets are economical and have a broad range of chemical resistance. At about 1/2 the weight (or less) of stainless, titanium, and carbon steel, polypro baskets will actually float.
All of our polypro baskets have perforated sides and bottoms with either 1/8 or 3/16 inch material that can handle up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for extended periods.
Our dipping baskets are supplied with your choice of handle: stainless steel or polypro, in swing (lay-down) or rigid (stand-up).
